Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Waiting Staff / Bartender to join a lively team on a casual basis at a unique event venue in Highclere.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where no two shifts are the same. You’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service, supporting the team and helping create memorable experiences for guests.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in waiting staff, bar work and hospitality supervisor/team leading
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a hands-on approach
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
- Reliable transport to Highclere is essential
- Smart presentation and strong reliability
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver warm, professional service to guests throughout the event
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently
- Serve drinks efficiently and maintain a tidy, well-stocked bar
- Support table service, clearing duties and general floor assistance
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth event delivery
- Help manage busy periods while maintaining excellent standards
