Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate Cocktail Bartender to join a lively team at a unique event venue in Highclere. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where every shift offers the chance to deliver outstanding service, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be the welcoming face behind the bar, mixing and serving drinks with confidence, supporting the wider team, and helping create memorable experiences for every guest.

What we’re looking for:
- Previous bartending experience is essential
- Confident, friendly customer service skills
- Strong cocktail knowledge and an eye for detail
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support on the floor
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
- Reliable transport or ability to drive to Highclere (no public transport available)
- Smart presentation and excellent reliability
Your key responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix and serve cocktails, beers, wines and soft drinks efficiently and accurately
- Greet guests warmly and deliver a polished, high-quality service
- Keep the bar area clean, tidy, fully stocked and ready for service
- Handle orders confidently and work quickly during busy periods
- Support table service and floor duties when required
- Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth service throughout each shift
