Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate hospitality professional to join us on a casual basis for a lively event venue in Highclere. What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in waiting staff or similar hospitality roles
- Confident, friendly customer service skills
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support on the floor
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transport or ability to drive to Highclere (no public transport available)
- Smart presentation and strong reliability
Your key responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and deliver excellent service
- Support table service and assist with orders as required
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth event delivery
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout each shift
