Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client for a passionate Bartender to join a lively hospitality team at a unique event venue in Highclere. What we’re looking for:
- Previous bartending experience is essential
- Confident and friendly customer service skills
- Positive, can-do attitude with willingness to help on the floor
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have reliable transport or drive to Highclere (no public transport available)
- Smart presentation and strong reliability expected
Your key responsibilities:
- Serve drinks efficiently and accurately
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent service
- Keep the bar area clean, tidy and fully stocked
- Support table service and floor duties as needed
- Work collaboratively to ensure smooth event delivery
