We’re looking for enthusiastic and dependable people to join our team for the Coral Gold Cup Day at Newbury Racecourse. It’s one of the most exciting fixtures in the jump racing calendar – a lively, fast‑paced event where you’ll be part of a team delivering great hospitality and memorable experiences for every guest.

We have a range of roles available, including Bar Staff, Cashiers, Bar Backs and Food Service Assistants. You’ll help keep the bars, restaurants and hospitality areas running smoothly – serving drinks, handling payments, supporting food service or working behind the scenes to make sure everything goes to plan.

This is a great fit if you enjoy working with people and can stay calm under pressure. You’ll gain hands‑on event experience at one of the UK’s top racecourses, with support from a friendly and professional team who know how to work hard and have fun.
