IRE Incentive Raceday

We’re looking for enthusiastic Bar Staff, Cashiers, Waiting Staff and Bar Backs to support the IRE Incentive Raceday at Newbury Racecourse. This is a great chance to be part of an exciting live event, providing quality service and helping every guest have a memorable day.

You’ll work as part of a professional, supportive team, making sure things run smoothly across bars, restaurants and hospitality areas. Your role could include serving drinks, handling payments, supporting behind the bar or assisting with food service – whatever your position, you’ll play an important part in the race day experience.

If you’re dependable, proactive and enjoy working in a fast‑moving environment, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll gain valuable experience in a prestigious venue and have the opportunity to work with a friendly, energetic team.
